Here is a list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) regarding use of BucksChildCare.com and the CCIS of Bucks County. If you have a question that is not answered here, please contact us via this site or at 1-800-371-2109 (Bucks County only) and we will be happy to assist you.

How do I post an ad?

To post an ad, you must first be a registered user (see "How to Register").
1) Login using your user name and password.
2) Click on the category and subcategory (if applicable) in which you would like to post the ad.
3) On the navigation bar (where it says "Change password", "Logout", "My profile", etc.), you will see "SUBMIT AD".

Your page should now look like this:

4) Follow the instructions.
You may edit your ad at anytime by logging in and choosing the Edit Ad function. PLEASE DO NOT POST TWICE.
